Treatment Specialties
I specialize in working with individuals who are ready to reclaim their voice, resist the social and emotional conditioning
that has kept them small, and build a life that honors their full, complex self.
Together, we create space to imagine what healing, freedom, and fulfillment can look like on your own terms.

Healing from
Religious Trauma
Leaving or questioning a high-control religious environment can be disorienting and painful. You may be struggling with identity loss, fear of punishment, family rejection, or guilt that lingers long after you’ve walked away. I specialize in working with individuals healing from religious trauma, particularly from systems that used fear and control to suppress authenticity.
Therapy is a space where we gently untangle those threads, help you rediscover your inner voice, and begin to rebuild a life rooted in self-trust and autonomy.
Reclaiming Sexuality & Embodied Selfhood
Many of my clients are healing from experiences of sexual abuse, assault, coercion, or boundary violations often layered with religious shame, cultural messaging, or family dynamics that taught them to disconnect from their bodies and needs.
Sexual trauma can fracture our connection to ourselves. It can make touch feel unsafe, pleasure feel out of reach, and embodiment feel overwhelming. But you deserve to feel at home in your body. You deserve access to intimacy, to safety, to joy and to the full expression of your humanity.

Together, we move at your pace to explore what it means to reconnect with your body, boundaries, desires, and sense of agency. Whether you're relearning consent, navigating triggers, or simply wondering what your sexuality can look like, our work will always center safety, self-trust, and deep respect for who you are and what you've lived through.

Supporting Neurodivergent Lives
As a neurodivergent person myself, I understand the tension between self-acceptance and the pressure to “perform” neurotypical. I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD and Autism in building lives that align with their dreams without burning out, masking, or forcing themselves into systems that were never made for them.

Our work is about building a lifestyle with accommodations: not as a concession, but as a form of self-honoring. Together, we’ll explore what sustainability looks like for you: how to organize your time, work, relationships, and energy in ways that reflect your strengths, not your perceived deficits.
In a society that often demands rigidity, our therapy becomes an act of small, quiet resistance. We make space for rest.
We celebrate non-linear progress. We value softness, honesty, and creative problem-solving. This isn’t just about surviving, it’s about finding meaningful ways to thrive in a world that hasn’t made space for us... yet.
