HOW TO BECOME A CLIENT:
To get started, please complete the contact form on this website. I’ll review your inquiry and respond within 3 business days. If I’m not the right fit for your needs, I’ll do my best to offer a referral to another provider who may be better aligned with your goals.

If we’re a good fit, I’ll offer available appointment times and invite you to complete your intake forms through a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal.
​
Sessions are available virtually or in-person, depending on your preference and accessibility needs. For virtual sessions, you can access my private telehealth space through the portal.

Please note: All intake paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours before your first session in order to hold your appointment.

Should you need your insurances co-pays or deductibles check I would highly encourage you to call the number on the back of your card to obtain that information. Otherwise, if you provide your name, birthday and a copy of your insurance card 48 hours before your appointment I can have my biller verify benefits.
WHAT TYPE OF THERAPY CAN A CLIENT EXPECT:
My approach is both structured and deeply intuitive. I draw from a range of evidence-based clinical interventions grounded in a solution-focused framework while also making space for the moments that need to simply be felt, witnessed, and held with care.

After our intake session, I’ll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs, goals, and lived experiences. This includes using specific therapeutic tools to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be, while honoring the pace and rhythm of your healing.

Therapy with me is collaborative. I bring my clinical training and lived experience, and you bring your wisdom, voice, and story. Together, we create a space that is structured enough to support growth and spacious enough to hold complexity, emotion, and transformation.
OUT OF SESSION CONTACT:
Clients will have access to a secure online portal, where they can manage appointments, complete or update intake forms, and access important documents. For privacy and continuity of care, all scheduling must be done through the portal.
To maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical boundaries, clinical or personal topics cannot be discussed outside of session, including via text, email, or social media.
